- Items will typically be delivered in 3 - 10 business days.
- Items may be shipped to a PO Box.
- Delivery to APO/FPO addresses are available.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
- Rates are:
- $2.50 for the first item.
- $.65 handling fee per unit shipped.
- $.50 for each additional item.
Express
- Items will typically be delivered in 2 - 4 business days.
- Items may be shipped to a PO Box.
- Delivery to APO/FPO addresses are available.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
- Rates are:
- $5.75 for the first item.
- $.65 handling fee per unit shipped.
- $2.00 for each additional item.
Next Day
- Items will be delivered in 1 business day.
- Delivery to P.O. Box addresses not available.
- Delivery to APO/FPO addresses are available.
- No weekend or holiday delivery.
- Rates are:
- $12.00 for the first item.
- $.65 handling fee per unit shipped.
- $1.50 for each additional item.
Shipping Questions
How can I track my order?
Just log-in with your email address and password; then click on "my account". You will be able to see the status of your order including the tracking number when provided by the shipper.
Can I have my order delivered for pick-up or return my order to your bookstore?
Sorry, products cannot be delivered to or returned to our store. Please see the Orders / Returns section below for returns policies.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift-wrapping is not available at this time.
Can I ship items from one order to two different addresses?
If you need to have items sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders. Items from the same order may not be sent to more than one address.
Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?
Products may be shipped to a P.O. Box using Standard or Express Shipping methods only. Next Day delivery is not available to a P.O. Box address.

How can I return a book?
Sorry, products cannot be returned to our store.
I received my order and one of my items is damaged. What should I do?
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in shipment, please notify us via e-mail by clicking on this link Contact Us. Include your name, the purchase order number from your packing slip and as much information as you can about the damage. We will reply to your inquiry via email in 24-48 hours.
I have changed my mind about my order and would like to cancel it. How can I cancel my order?
It is our goal to ship in-stock items to you almost immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. |
